Land Set Apart for the Development of Water Power (Lake Monowai Power Scheme)

Pursuant to Part III of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin declares, pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto be set apart for the development of water power (Lake Monowai Power Scheme).

Declaring Land Acquired for Road Near Henley in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment at Havelock Creek

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) The area of stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule shall be added to the reserve in document No. 108729 (Westland Registry).

(ii) The area of stopped road secondly described in the Second Schedule shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
