Revoking a Notice Amalgamating Land in Lower Hutt City

Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 2 September 1997, amalgamating land, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 September 1997, No. 116 at page 2732.

Declaring Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Road Declared State Highway at Mount Iron in the Queenstown-Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(1) Pursuant to section 20, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(2) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the part of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 14B/1197.

(3) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the part of the road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5B/1192.

(4) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the part of the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 9A/152.

(5) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 (3), agreement to that effect having been entered into, the road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
