Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

Take notice that it is intended to amalgamate Third Choice Limited with and into Stockton Assets Limited under section 221 of the Companies Act 1993.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom either of them is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours.

A shareholder or creditor of either of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom either of them is under obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the amalgamating companies.
