Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993, that the board of directors of Pacific Carpark Management Limited, together with the board of directors of Tang Tan Investments Limited (being the amalgamating companies), have resolved to amalgamate with Pacific Carpark Management Limited, which shall become the amalgamated (continuing) company.

Further all rights, obligations and liabilities owing by or to the amalgamating companies will upon amalgamation be transferred to the amalgamated company.

The date of the proposed amalgamation is the 31st day of March 1998, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours.
