All that piece of land containing 542 square metres, being part River Section 11 (Deeds Plan 344), West Taieri Survey District; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 24336, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Fourth Schedule

Otago Land District—Dunedin City

All that piece of land containing 47.3493 hectares, being part River Sections 10, 11 and 12 (Deeds Plan 344), West Taieri Survey District. Balance of certificate of title 16A/8.

Declaring Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and Granting Easements in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 (a) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Otago Regional Council, subject to right of way easements as described in the Third Schedule hereto over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto on the 19th day of February 1998.
