Declaring Land and an Easement Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and Granting Easements in the City of Dunedin
Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 (a) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First, Second and Third Schedules hereto, and a right of way easement as described in the Fourth Schedule hereto over the land described in the Fifth Schedule to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Otago Regional Council, subject to right of way easements as described in the Fourth Schedule hereto over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto on the 19th day of February 1998.
