In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of R O Sandstad Limited (dissolved):

Whereas on 4 February 1998, I, Dr. Alan Esmond Bolland, Secretary to the Treasury, first became aware that the Crown was vested (by virtue of the removal of R O Sandstad Limited from the Register of Companies on 1 June 1995) with rights as lessee under lease C. 511992.1 dated 23 July 1993 between Dexter Fry and Tracey Jane Reeves-Fry, both self employed of Auckland, as lessors and R O Sandstad Limited, as lessee, in respect of premises situated at 66 Mount Eden Road, Auckland, registered on 30 August 1993 at the Auckland Land Registry against certificate of title 92B/629, North Auckland Land Registry (“the lease”):

Take notice that I, Dr. Alan Esmond Bolland, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the lease.

Summary of Exemptions Granted by the Director of Civil Aviation

Pursuant to section 37 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of exemptions, set out in the Schedule hereto, granted by the Director of Civil Aviation.

Nature of exemptions granted:

Docket 98/EXE/69, on the 9th day of January 1998. Exempt each holder of a New Zealand certificate of registration from the requirement of civil aviation rule 47.101 (a) to ensure that the aircraft bear a nationality mark and a registration mark in the manner, and in accordance with, the specifications prescribed in 47.111 to 47.117 inclusive provided that the aircraft is not painted, re-painted, or re-marked after 9 January 1998.

Docket 98/EXE/112, to New Zealand Sport & Vintage Aviation Society Inc on the 16th day of January 1998. Exempt the New Zealand Sport & Vintage Aviation Society (Inc) from the requirement to submit an aviation event plan to the director at least 90 days prior to the start of the aviation event, in the manner, and in accordance with the specifications in 91.703 (b).

This exemption shall remain effective until the 19th day of January 1998 or until withdrawn in writing by the Director to the New Zealand Sport and Vintage Aviation Society (Inc).

The grant, or denial, of exemptions is also published in the Civil Aviation Rules Register Information Leaflet (CARRIL), as a 6-weekly publication of the Civil Aviation Authority. Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976
