On the 9th day of February 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Andrew Richard Dobbs of 146 Rickit Street, Taupo, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 9 months from 2 May 1998, following his conviction on 9 February 1998, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a

Toyota Corolla motor vehicle, registration No. LB 8152 owned by the above-mentioned defendant Andrew Richard Dobbs, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 9th day of February 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Kerry Alan Morrissey of Mayfair Motor Camp, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 12 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 9 February 1998, following his conviction on 9 February 1998, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge McKegg has ordered that a

Mazda 929 motor vehicle, registration No. IA 6479 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 9th day of February 1998.
