The Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990
The Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990
The information required to be published by Telecom under
the Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990, for
the quarter ended 31 December 1997, is available on
request by any person, at the principal offices of Telecom
in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
The principal offices are:
Telecom Networks House, 68 Jervois Quay (P.O. Box
570), Wellington.
Telecom Tower, 16 Kingston Street, Private Bag,
Auckland.

Conservation
Conservation Act 1987
Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes
Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the
Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being
the Minister responsible for the Department of State that
has control of the land, hereby jointly declares that the land
described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation
purposes and it shall thereafter be so held.
Schedule
Otago Land District—Queenstown-Lakes
469.1 hectares, more or less, being Sections 7 and 8,
S.O. 24372. Comprised in document 933185/2. Subject to a
grazing permit for a term of 19 years and 364 days
commencing on 1 July 1996, between Her Majesty the
Queen, acting through the Commissioner of Crown Lands
and Peter Duncan Gordon and Diana Helen Margaret
Gordon.

Reserves Act 1977
Vesting of a Reserve in The Wairoa District Council
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, East
Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, hereby vests the reserve,
described in the Schedule hereto, in The Wairoa District
Council in trust as a recreation reserve, subject to the
provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

Hawke's Bay Land District—Wairoa District Council
1.4299 hectares, more or less, being Section 13, Block VIII,
Nuhaka Survey District. Crown land (no registration). S.O.
Plan 9003. X19/7.3.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Naming
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Community
Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the
following resolution was passed by The North Shore City
Council on the 13th day of August 1997:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by
section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Rodney District
Council hereby resolves that the land comprising the
Riverhead War Memorial Park, held in fee simple and
described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is
hereby declared to be, a reserve for recreation purposes
within the meaning of the said Act and classified as a
recreation reserve."
Furthermore, and pursuant to the Reserves Act, the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall hereinafter be known
as the Riverhead War Memorial Park.

North Auckland Land District—Rodney District
6.1772 hectares, more or less, being Allotments 597 and
598, Parish of Paremoremo and Lot 1, D.P. 56612 and
Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 55325, situated in Block V, Waitemata
Survey District. Subject to Gazette notice No. 376177.1.
All certificate of title 15B/194.
Dated at Auckland this 28th day of January 1998.
