Dissolution of Board of Trustees and Appointment of Commissioner at Central Hawkes Bay College (233)

Acting under delegated authority, pursuant to section 106 (1) (aa) of the Education Act 1989, for the reason that so many casual vacancies have arisen that there is no longer any member of the board who is eligible to preside at meetings of the board, I hereby dissolve the Central Hawkes Bay College Board of Trustees and appoint

Mr Hugh Hamilton

as commissioner to act in its place.

This notice shall take effect the day after its publication.
