Centrepoint Community Growth Trust

Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme

Pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Notice is hereby given that the public trustee, as the Court appointed trustee of the Centrepoint Community Growth Trust, a charitable trust incorporated, pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, has filed in the office of the High Court at Auckland, an application for approval of a scheme varying the terms of the trusts under which the assets of the Centrepoint Community Growth Trust are held.

Copies of the existing deed of trust dated on the 22nd day of December 1977, the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General on that scheme may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland or at the offices of Public Trust, Northern Service Centre, 323 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland.

The application has been set down for hearing in the High Court at Auckland on Monday, the 22nd day of February 1999.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland, and to the trustee, Public Trust at its Northern Service Centre, 323 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland (Private Bag 17-906, Greenlane, Auckland), and to the Attorney-General, not less than 7 clear days before the above-mentioned date.

The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, as mortgagee under mortgage No. 080711/3 (now discharged), hereby gives notice in accordance with section 104DD (1) (b) of the Property Law Act 1952, that it has received income from the property known as Como House, 51 Tancred Street, Hokitika, New Zealand, being rental due prior to the date the said mortgage was discharged.

The date on which the National Bank of New Zealand Limited first received income from the mortgaged property was on the 3rd day of August 1998.

Pursuant to section 4 of the Business Development Boards Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

O r d e r

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Business Development Boards (Dissolution and Establishment) Order 1998.

(2) This order comes into force on 31 December 1998.

2. Business Development Boards dissolved—The following business development boards are dissolved at midnight on 31 December 1998:
