Notice of Intention to Compulsorily Acquire Land

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1981, and in the
matter of Vivian April Madsen of Otaki, and in the
matter of The South Taranaki District Council:

Take notice that The South Taranaki District Council
intends to take the land described in the Schedule, situated
at Piraunui Road, South Taranaki, for road. The taking of
the land is reasonably necessary for the provision of
efficient and safe traffic access.

Objections may be made for the period of 20 working days
from the date of publication of this notice to the Registrar,
Environment Court, Tribunals Division, Justice
Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington.
