(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Whangarei District Council, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 121C/62.

Amending a Notice of Road Stopped in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes part of the notice dated 22 February 1993, stopping road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 February 1993, No. 25 at page 541, by deleting paragraph (i) and substituting it with the following:

(i) The areas of stopped road firstly and secondly described, now known together as Section 5, S.O. 46998, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 7B/624, South Auckland Land Registry.
