On the 5th day of November 1998 at the District Court at Hamilton, Pauriki Rongapai Te Kauhou of 17 Plunket Terrace, Hamilton, was convicted for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, driving while disqualified, failed to comply with direction of a constable, driving unlicensed motor vehicle and driving unwarranted motor vehicle, Judge R. L. B. Spear has ordered that a

Triumph 2000 motor vehicle, registration No. NC 9806

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to a police constable at Whitianga Police Station within 7 days.

Dissolution of the Board of Trustees of Oruawharo School (1067) Notice

Pursuant to section 107 (1) (a) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that the Board of Trustees of Oruawharo School (1067) should not continue in existence by reason of mismanagement and disharmony. I hereby dissolve the Oruawharo School Board of Trustees to take effect from the day after the date of this publication and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to act in its place.
