Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Acting Conservator of the Department of Conservation, acting under authority delegated from the Minister of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

498.4007 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 10497 (part C.T. 5D/732 cancelled), being the balance of the land formerly in C.T. 5D/732 after excluding Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 14521; Lot 2, D.P. 10479 and the balance of Lot 3, D.P. 14521, the said land being part of the land in transfer 214908.10.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and, pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the said Act, the Conservator further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a scenic reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (b) of the latter Act, and further declares that the said scenic reserve shall hereafter be known as the Milnthorpe Park Scenic Reserve.

Declaring Land Held for Conservation Purposes to Become a Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the conservation area, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be set apart as a scenic reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (b) of the latter Act, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Milnthorpe Park Scenic Reserve.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a public utility reserve to a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (b) of the said Act, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Milnthorpe Park Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
