Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Caroline Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the granting of compensation, pursuant to section 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and is vested in The Rotorua District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
