To Air National Limited, being the applicant for the grant of a type acceptance certificate under Civil Aviation Rule 21.41 for the Jetstream 3200 type aircraft, from the requirement in CAR 26.53 (2) that the applicant comply with Part 26 Appendix C paragraph C.2.1 (b) (2), provided that the aircraft design is shown to comply with the conditions in FAA exemption No. 4908.
