Notice of Publication of Annual Report

Pursuant to Section 39 (2A) of the Public Finance Act 1989

The State Services Commission hereby gives notice that pursuant to section 39 (2A) of the Public Finance Act 1989, it delivered to the Minister of State Services on 21 October 1998 the annual report for the year ended 30 June 1998.

The report is in two parts. Part I contains the State Services Commissioner’s report on the operations of the Commissioner and other matters affecting the State Services. Part II reports on the State Services Commission and contains the statement of service performance, the financial statements and the audit report.

Notice of Publication of Annual Report—Ministry of Transport

Pursuant to section 39 (2A) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Transport declares that the annual report of the Ministry of Transport for the year ending 30 June 1998 was returned by the Audit Office to the Ministry of Transport on 28 September 1998 and was published on the 19th day of October 1998.
