Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (public purposes) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Southland District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Public Works Act 1981

Amending a Notice Realigning a Road (Waipa District, Paterangi Road)

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice, dated 18 August 1998, realigning a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 August 1998, No. 125, page 3049, by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting it with the following:

(d) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 24C/494, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 227733.3 and caveat B. 431726.1.
