The Traffic (Far North District) Notice No. 3, 1998
Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, Robert Albert Gibson, Acting Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice:
N o t i c e
(1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Far North District) Notice No. 3, 1998.
(2) The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities at all times for the purposes of section 52 (1) (c) of the Transport Act 1962.

Hagger Street.
Lake Road.
Kaimamau Road: from a point 350 metres measured northerly generally from Lake Road to a point 700 metres measured westerly generally from Lake Road.

Pursuant to sections 52 and 52 (3) of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, Robert Albert Gibson, Acting Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice:
N o t i c e
(1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kaikoura District) Notice 1998.
(2) The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities at all times pursuant to section 52 (1) (c) of the Transport Act 1962.
(3) The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
(4) The following notices are revoked:

Beach Road: from Athelney Road to a point 160 metres measured northerly, generally, along said road from Athelney Road.
Bayview Street. Chance Haven. Cromer Street. Davidson Terrace. Deal Street.
Dover Terrace. Edmund Avenue. Esplanade. Fyffe Avenue. Fyffe Quay.
Gillings Lane: from Beach Road to a point 300 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Beach Road.
