Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1998, No. 8.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

I, Maurice Donald Williamson, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act, hereby approve pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143c (1) (b) (ii) of the Harbours Act 1950 the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Grey District Council and specify that the approval is effective from the date of this notice.
