Education Lands Act 1949

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949 and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Brian John Mitchell, Acting Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
This notice shall come into force on 1 October 1998.

Declaring Road Stopped at Kinmont Park, Mosgiel in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6D/1470, subject to a right to convey and drain water contained in transfer 472590/2 and memorandum of mortgage 901746/2.
