Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies:

• Pump and Power Limited (in liquidation)
• Ray’s Electronics Limited (in liquidation)

(the companies), which have their registered office at 47 Boulcott Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statements and reports, pursuant to sections 257 (1) (a) and 318 of the Act.

The date by which an objection to the removal of the companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 days from the date of this notice.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (i) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of K Z Engineering Limited, whose registered office is situated at 39 Anzac Road, Browns Bay, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Public notice is given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies must remove Bower Egg Farm Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 236 Armagh Street, Christchurch, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies thereby completing the liquidation, pursuant to section 249 of the Act.
