Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant of Auckland and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Park Road Motors Limited (in liquidation), The Loan Shop Limited (in liquidation), Select Trading Limited (in liquidation) and Scenic Pools Limited (in liquidation).

The liquidations commenced on the 24th day of September 1998.
