Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 27th day of August 1998, declaring land to be road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 September 1998, No. 132 at page 3231 by deleting the words “All certificate of title 517/62” from the land thirdly described in the Schedule and substituting the words “Part certificate of title 517/62”.
