Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect being entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
