Notice is hereby given that on 8 September 1998, an order was made by the District Court at Blenheim, pursuant to section 84 (2A) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

1979 Toyota Corolla, registration No. NZ 5632 owned by Hayden Robert Wooster of 52 New Renwick Road, Blenheim.
