You are hereby required to remedy the said default:
(a) By paying to the mortgagee the sum of $1,157,568.20.
(b) By paying to the mortgagee interest on the sum of $270,728.03 at the rate of 11.0 percent per annum being $81.59 per day from 10 September 1998.
(c) By paying to the mortgagee interest on the sum of $309,575.95 at the rate of 11.0 percent per annum being $81.59 per day from 10 September 1998.
(d) By paying to the mortgagee interest on the sum of $505,495.88 at the rate of 23.2 percent per annum being $321.30 per day from 10 September 1998.
(e) By paying to the mortgagee the sum of $550 being the costs of this notice and incidental thereto.
C o n s e q u e n c e s
If you do not remedy each default before 20 October 1998, the mortgagee will have the right to sell the land described in the mortgage or to enter into possession of the land, and all other rights conferred on the mortgagee by the mortgage will immediately become exercisable (to the extent that they have not already) and all money secured by the mortgage will immediately become payable (to the extent that it has not already).
