Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 104pp of the Property Law Amendment Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of January 1998, ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited at Wellington (“ANZ”) in its capacity as mortgagee, entered into possession of the property situated at 6 Bayly Street, Gisborne (being the land in certificate of title 3B/63 (Gisborne Registry)).

Criminal Justice Act 1985

Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the District Court at Christchurch on the 14th day of January 1998, against Robert Mark Daniels for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 19th day of January 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, David John William Gulliver of 47 Seddon Street, Te Puke, was convicted and fined $300.00 plus Court costs of $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 14 August 1998, following his conviction on 19 January 1998, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge McKegg has ordered that a Mazda RX 2 motor vehicle, registered No. WE 1003 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, David John William Gulliver, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 19th day of January 1998.
