Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Andrew Marchel Oorshot and John Worrall Wheelans, chartered accountants of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 23rd day of January 1998, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Development 2000 Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture in favour of the ANZ Banking Group (NZ) Limited, dated the 26th day of September 1997, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Development 2000 Limited.
