The following orders were made in the High Court at Auckland on the 17th day of December 1997:

That, pursuant to section 111 of the Insolvency Act 1967, the bankrupt is prohibited from:

(i) Entering into or carrying on any business, either alone or in partnership with any person;

(ii) Being engaged in the management or control of any business carried on by or on behalf of, or being in the employ of any of the following persons, namely, his wife; a lineal ancestor or descendant of his; the wife or husband of such an ancestor or descendant; a brother of his; the wife of such a brother; a sister of his; and the husband of such a sister; and

(iii) Acting as a director, or taking part directly or indirectly in the management of any company, except:

(a) As is necessary to enable the bankrupt to properly carry out his duties and responsibilities as national sales manager of his employer; and

(b) As required by direction, in writing, from the bankrupt’s employer.

(iv) That the business prohibition is to be for the period of 15 months, commencing from 6 August 1997.

Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of January 1998, James Bruce Alfred McAlister, chartered accountant of Christchurch and Murray Neil Frost, chartered accountant of Dunedin, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Natural Fleece Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 8th day of April 1997, given by that company.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of the company’s undertakings and its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
