8.2.3 No licence holder shall on any one day kill or be in possession of more than four trout from any other waters in the region.

8.2.4 No licence holder shall in any one day kill or possess more than two salmon from any waters of the region.

REVOCATION
The Anglers Notice for Fish and Game Regions, published in the Supplement to the Gazette of 12 September 1997, No. 125, at page 2939, is revoked.

THIRD SCHEDULE

FISH LICENCES, LICENCE FEES, AND LICENCE FORM

This schedule notifies the definitions and classes of fish licences and fees payable in respect of each class of licence.

DEFINITIONS AND FEES

Adult:
20 years of age or older as at 1 October 1998.

Young Adult:
16 years of age or older but not having obtained 20 years of age as at 1 October 1998.

Junior:
12 years of age or older but not having obtained the age of 16 years as at 1 October 1998.

Child:
Under 12 years of age as at 1 October 1998.

Whole season:
A Whole Season Fish licence shall enable the holder to fish for and take sports fish in all Fish & Game regions, from 1 October 1998 to 30 September 1999

Fees - Whole Season ADULT YOUNG ADULT JUNIOR CHILD
Licence fee (GST incl) $65 $32.50 $13.00 No Charge

Winter:
A Winter licence shall enable the holder to fish for and take sports fish in all Fish & Game regions from 1 April 1999 to 30 September 1999 (both days inclusive).

Fees - Winter ADULT YOUNG ADULT JUNIOR CHILD
Licence fee (GST incl) $39 $19.50 $8 No Such Licence

Week:
A week licence shall enable the holder to fish for sports fish in all Fish & Game regions for any 7 day period nominated on the licence.

Fees - Week ADULT YOUNG ADULT JUNIOR CHILD
Licence fee (GST incl) $25 $12.50 $5.00 No such licence

48 Hour:
A 48 hour licence shall enable the holder to fish for sports fish in all Fish & Game regions for any 48 hour period nominated on the licence.

Fees - 48 Hour ADULT YOUNG ADULT JUNIOR CHILD
Licence fee (GST incl) $20 $10 $4.50 No such licence

24 Hour:
A 24 hour licence shall enable the holder to fish for sports fish in all Fish & Game regions for any 24 hour period nominated on the licence.
