The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 9 (3) (a) of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 20th day of July 1998, recognition of the Bitumen Contractors’ Association Incorporated as an Industry Training Organisation was cancelled at the request of the Bitumen Contractors’ Association Incorporated with effect from the 20th day of July 1998.

Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Incorporated

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 17th day of August 1998, the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Incorporated was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Real Estate Industry for a further period of 5 years with effect from the 17th day of August 1998.

It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the above areas: Levels 1–6.

The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

Forest Industry Training and Education Council of New Zealand Incorporated

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 17th day of August 1998, the Forest Industry Training and Education Council of New Zealand Incorporated was granted recognition to extend its coverage as an Industry Training Organisation for the Credit Management and Control Industry.

In addition to those skill standard setting areas for which the organisation has previously been recognised, it will also set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the following areas: Credit Management and Control, Levels 1–8.

The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

Sport Fitness and Recreation Industry Training Organisation Incorporated

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 20th day of July 1998, the Sport Fitness and Recreation Industry Training Organisation Incorporated was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Sport Fitness and Recreation Industry (including the planning, management promotion and delivery of sport, fitness, community recreation, outdoor recreation and ski industries) for a further period of 5 years with effect from the 19th day of July 1998.

It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the above areas: Levels 1–8.

The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 20th day of July 1998, the New Zealand Contracting Industry Training Organisation Limited was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Road Construction and Maintenance, Civil Engineering Works (not being civil engineering design), Demolition, Agricultural Contracting and Spraying, Roadmarking and Bitumen Industries, with effect from the 20th day of July 1998.

It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the above areas: Levels 1–8.

The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.
