(segregation strip) and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 52 (1), and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and to remain vested in the Crown.

(d) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be set apart in connection with a limited access road (segregation strip), and to remain vested in the Crown.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 52 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Fifth and Sixth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Fifth Schedule to be set apart in connection with a limited access road (segregation strip), and to remain vested in the Crown.

(f) Declares the land described in the Seventh Schedule to be severance under section 119 (1).

(g) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired in connection with a limited access road and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
