On the 12th day of August 1998 at the District Court at Hamilton, Joseph Tamati Turner of 49 Carlyle Street, Cambridge, was convicted and sentenced to 7 years imprisonment following his conviction on 14 July 1998 for an offence of aggravated robbery (4) and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. P. Wolff, has ordered that a
Holden motor vehicle, registration No. JC 9017
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Joseph Tamati Turner be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5 p.m. on the 12th day of August 1998.
