Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Patrick’s School, Napier.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 17th day of August 1998. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.

The Resource Management (Approval of Northern Airports Corporation Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (Kaikohe Airport) 1998

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment, hereby gives the following notice:

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Northern Airports Corporation Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (Kaikohe Airport) 1998.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, “airport” has the meaning given to that term by section 2 of the Airport Authorities Act 1966.

3. Approval as requiring authority—Northern Airports Corporation Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its operation of the airport known as Kaikohe Airport.
