In the matter of Central Acceptance Limited (in liquidation):

Take notice that as the affairs of the company are fully wound up, the liquidators hereby summon a meeting of members of the company to be held in the above matter at the offices of Smith Chilcott, First Floor, General Buildings, 29 Shortland Street, Auckland, on the 19th day of August 1998 at 10.00 a.m.

Agenda:

1. To consider an account of the winding up, showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, laid before the meeting by the liquidators and to consider any explanation thereof.

2. To direct the liquidators as to disposal of the books and records of the company.
