Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Maurice George Noone and Richard Stewart McKnight, chartered accountants of Dunedin, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Hamilton Building & Joinery Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 20th day of July 1998.

The appointment was accepted on the 24th day of July.

A meeting of creditors will be held at The White Horse Inn, Milton, on Thursday, the 13th day of August 1998, commencing at 9.00 a.m.

The formal business to be transacted at the meeting is whether:

(a) To convey the views of creditors to the liquidators;
(b) To appoint a liquidation committee; and
(c) To resolve whether or not another liquidator be appointed in place of the liquidator.

The following resolutions will be submitted to the meeting:
