Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

CRN: 8019017687

On the 27th day of July 1998 at the District Court at Hamilton, Vernon Linkhorn of 65 Jellicoe Drive, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 2 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 2 years from 21 August 1998, following his conviction on 27 July 1998 for an offence of driving while disqualified, having been previously convicted.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge A. N. McLean, has ordered that a Holden Kingswood motor vehicle, registration No. FZ 2747 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be delivered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 27th day of July 1998.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 9th day of July 1998 at the District Court at Hamilton, Miria Heta, care of Matangi Store Tauwhare, 98 Knighton Road, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 120 hours community service and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from 11 December 1998, following his conviction on 9 July 1998 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear, has ordered that a Holden Commodore motor vehicle, registration No. LK 5060 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be delivered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 9th day of July 1998.
