Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Caroline Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice, to be road and vested in The Waipa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1050, folio 292, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 965095.2.
