Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 1, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation of a Notice Declaring Land Taken for a Metal Pit in Block IV, Makotuka Survey District, Borough of Ohakune

Pursuant to section 54 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the warranted officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby revokes the notice dated 29 May 1968, requiring land for a metal pit, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 June 1968 at page 1088, and the said notice shall be void and of no effect as from the date on which it was made.
