Declaring Road Stopped Near Traquair in the City of Dunedin and Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken Near Traquair in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(1) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the part of the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 11B/28.

(2) Pursuant to section 55, hereby amends the notice dated on the 1st day of September 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 September 1997, No. 124 at page 2934, declaring land acquired for road, road stopped and land taken in the City of Dunedin by inserting in paragraph (1) between the “and” and “date” the words “Crown on the” and by omitting from immediately above the area fiftieth described in the Second Schedule reference to “Being”.
