Public Works Act 1981

Road Stopped and Amalgamated—Old Hill Road, Waipukurau District

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(1) The area firstly described in the Schedule (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10707), shall be vested in Margaret Anne Hobson, married woman of Porangahau, and Denis Bruce Hames, chartered accountant of Waipukurau.

(2) The area secondly described in the Schedule (now known as Section 2, S.O. 10707), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title L1/1464.

S.O. 10707 is held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to be stopped and vested in The Tararua District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares the stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title H2/241, subject to the restriction on tree planting and erection of structures on date herewith and subject to mortgage 593355.3.
