(b) Right to Convey Electricity

The right to construct, lay and maintain and operate electric power cables under the land and to convey electric power through them.

(c) Right of Way

The full rights set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1954.

Additional Rights

The rights for the grantee, its agents and workmen, together with any tools, implements, machinery, vehicles or equipment of what so ever nature necessary for the purpose to enter upon the land and remain there for any reasonable length of time for the purposes of constructing, inspecting, cleaning, maintaining and repairing and replacing the light, electricity cables and right of way provided that as little disturbance as possible is caused to the surface of the land and that the surface is restored as nearly as possible to its original condition and any other damage done by reason of the aforesaid operations is repaired.

Road Stopped and Vested, Frankley Road, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped; and

(a) that area “B”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 13579, be vested in Peter Donald Moselen, project engineer of New Plymouth and Janet Anne Moselen, his wife; and

(b) pursuant to sections 345 (2A) (a) and (b) of the Local Government Act 1974;

(i) that area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 13579, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title K2/1041;

(ii) that area “C”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 13579, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title K1/742;

(iii) that areas “F” and “C”, now known as Sections 4 and 5, S.O. 13579 respectively, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title J2/558; and

(iv) that areas “D” and “H”, together now known as Section 6, S.O. 13579, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title K1/741.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1997, No. 5.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
