1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Harataunga Amendment Notice 1997.

2. The notice entitled, “Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Harataunga”, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 November 1996, No. 166, page 4368, is hereby amended by revoking clause 5 and substituting the following clause:

“‘5. Constitution of the Board of Trustees—The Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Harataunga shall comprise:
a Five elected parent representatives
b The principal
c A staff representative
d Not more than 4 persons co-opted by the board’”.

3. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Tapere-Nui-a-Whatonga Amendment Notice 1997.

2. The notice entitled, “Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Tapere-Nui-a-Whatonga”, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 July 1996, No. 68, page 1686, is hereby amended by revoking clause 5 and substituting the following clause:
