The 1995 comparative financial measures include both Line and Other activities as in 1995 the Other Business was not required to be separated from the Line Business per Regulation 6(6).

All financial performance measures have been calculated using the Renewal Accounting Methodology.

The financial measures for last year have been calculated using the closing total funds employed and total shareholder funds, whilst this year an average has been used.

The ODV valuation used in preparing these ratios is $89,530,526.
