Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Manukau City Council on the 4th day of September 1996:

"That pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the land described in the Schedule hereto, be declared a reserve to be held for recreation purposes as set out in section 17 of the Act."

Classification and Vesting of a Reserve
