Criminal Justice Act 1985
Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the Hastings District Court on 17 January 1997, against Karl James Haycock for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
Toyota Landcruiser, registration No. FX3983.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 21st day of January 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Michael John McNamara of 10 Dalesford Street, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 5 months periodic detention and disqualified for 9 months, following his conviction on a charge of driving with excess breath alcohol.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. P. Wolff has ordered that a Ford Laser, registration No. MB 5018 owned by the above-mentioned defendant Michael John McNamara, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be delivered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton by 5.00 p.m. on the 22nd day of January 1997.
