Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above company from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties. The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 to the Registrar.

Any objection to removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 28th day of February 1997.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 295 of the Companies Act 1955, that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register under section 293 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act.
