Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 21 July 1997, at the District Court at Tauranga, Peter Gerard Keenan of 3 Mahina Place, Mount Maunganui, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence indefinitely, pursuant to section 30A of the Transport Act 1965, following his conviction on 21 July 1997, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol concentration.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge A. E. Gaskell has ordered that a
Hyundai motor vehicle, registered No. LR 2425
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Peter Gerard Keenan, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga by 4.00 p.m. on the 21st day of July 1997.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 21 July 1997, at the District Court at Tauranga, Jack Louis Setter of 140 15th Avenue, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 5 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from 27 April 1997, following his conviction on 21 July 1997, for the offences of driving with excess breath alcohol concentration and driving whilst disqualified.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge A. E. Gaskell has ordered that a
Toyota Corona motor vehicle, registered No. OC 4476
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Jack Louis Setter, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga by 4.00 p.m. on the 21st day of July 1997.

On the 22nd day of July 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Kiki Les Te Iri of 25 Croall Crescent, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to periodic detention and disqualified for 6 months following his conviction on a charge of driving while disqualified.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge M. L. S. F. Burnett, has ordered that a

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Kiki Les Te Iri, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
